Personal training is a very popular tool for people/athletes who want to work towards specific sports goals. Personal Training can be that extra motivation, guidance and direction in your training. Personal Training can be set up in many forms: most common is in a gym setting, but outdoors in a park or playground is also possible. Since the start of the corona pandemic personal training via different online platforms has become more common and is a very good alternative for people who can’t go to the gym or who prefer to train at home.
Online personal training is a great tool to connect the world and makes personal training very accessible for everybody.

One World Sports the Netherlands offers (online) personal training. The first step is to get to know each other and find out which form of personal training would best fit you. Depending on your goals and wishes, we can make a plan a start with which form works the best for you.
