Jeremy Greenwich and his family are based in Sarajevo, Bosnia/Herzegovina.  He has 23 years of coaching experience.  He has had the opportunity to travel to over 40 countries and has learned to love the uniqueness of different cultures, but also the power that sports have in bringing people together. He has been married to wife, Ann, for 20+ years and they have 4 children.

Shannon Lewis and his family are based in East Africa where he helps coordinate cultural exchange opportunities for OWSA teams. Shannon is a registered nurse with pediatric and hospital management experience. He's also an avid golfer. Shannon has traveled the world and is passionate for learning about different cultures and using sports and medicine to make connections. He and his wife, Carrie, have been married for 20+ years and together they have three sons.

Craig knows how valuable it is for young people to play team sports both from the player and coaching perspective. 

His experience extends from early beginnings in Leeds England, where he played at the semi-professional level for the famed Leeds club, Guiseley Association Football Club (AFC). 

At 18, Craig was one of the youngest in England to pass the Football Association Prelim Badge at Leeds United FC.

His soccer career eventually landed him in Arlington, Texas where he began teaching soccer skills for Texas Lightning Soccer Club as the Girls Coaching Director. 

Craig has been a coach for over 30 years. His commitment to passing his knowledge and expertise to future generations has been fueled by his own experiences as a youth soccer player and his deep affection and passion for the game. 

Derric Hicks is based in Arlington, Texas. He is happily married to his wife Kelsey. They have 4 kids and 2 dogs. Derric has over 30 years of volunteering experience through school, church, military service and his community. Derric's love for soccer and his desire to experience diverse cultures has created a unique opportunity to lead groups all over the world.
